Marly, thank you so much for starting this thread. Your dress is gorgeous and you look beautiful. I am dreading my first fitting on July 26 because I don't feel like I have lost enough weight, but FH keeps telling me that I am doing good..I just wish that I could see what he sees.

Ladies I don;t know what to do. I am so upset, I can't stop crying. I got the call and my dress is in. I went and tried it on and the dress itself is gorgeous, but when I downloaded the pics when I got home I look like a moose and I only have 2 months till the wedding.

I'm sure you don't look like a moose! I myself swore I looked like the stay-puff marshmallow man We are hardest on ourselves..post those pics so we can see how pretty you looked in your dress!!!

I learned a long time ago it's not what you eat, it's how much of it you eat.

I also have been cutting down the Carbs.

Oh I wish I had the same problems as you gals. For some reason I just havent been into losing the weight. I'm hoping that before I have to return to get my bustle done that they'll need to take it in too.

I'm taking some notes from you gals and starting off on the right foot today. I really don't want to be size I am on my wedding day. I would be happy with losing just 15 pounds. Then that would mean a smaller size for me.

Whoo Hooo I never officially joined the first one!!

I've lost 2 dress sizess and 2 cup sizes!!! I Had my final fitting and the seamstress told me to stop losing weight

Oh well..... Excuse to eat ice cream for the next 10 days!! and then back to losing!!!

I've been writing everything down that I eat, it makes it REAL that way! I've stopped eating white flour products.

Also, dislocating your shoulder at work and being put on workmans comp 3 weeks before your wedding and closing on our house 19 days before our wedding added to my stress that i've had NO appetite which never happens to me.

Usually the more stressed I get the more Crap I eat!!

But I think the secret it to be conscious about everything you put in your mouth. I've still snuck a bowl of ice cream or two. But I put it on my list of food for the day.

I am the same way- I eat when I am stressed too!! How is your shoulder btw? Is it really painful? How are you coping being out of work with the wedding so close?

Ehhh I have good days and bad days. It's pretty pathetic but I can't even dress or undress myself!! FH has to help me put my bra on and at night.....well you know

I've been given permission by the orthopedist to raise my arm to put my wedding dress on the day before the wedding. I still can't lift anything......Oh well I guess it could be worse
