Re: New Styles of Wedding Invitations

I just read that their minimum order was $2000!!!
Ridiculous for invitations that although beautiful are going to eventually go in the garbage (only a select few will keep it).
I love the starfish one for my beach wedding but unfortunately its not in the budget unless I win lotto!

i'm sorry but i think it's just a waste of money. it's just another instance of separating the 'upper' class for the rest of the world.

a price tag of min. $2000 for something that gets thrown away....is just retarded IMHO. are the invites pretty? sure. but it's just a bit over the top to me. absolutely.

of course some bridezilla is gonna see that and just HAVE to have it, so her invites are BETTER than anyone else's.

puke

(sorry if this turned into a vent--i just hate pretention)

Alright I'm all for pretty invites, but is with the silk boxes???? I don't think their minimum amount of $2000. 00 would be hard to reach but to have to oreder them at least 12 weeks in advance and pay them 150 bucks that if i hate the proof then i don't get that money back!
Sorry another rant--- just don't understand

Beautiful, but highly over priced. I think if some of us girls wanted to, we could replicate that, NO PROBLEM for half the money, if not more. I still think their gorgeous though!!

Re: New Styles of Wedding Invitations

These are the most gorgeous invitations I've ever seen.!!! All custom invitations cost a lot, as I'm finding out. I was going to do my own with letterpress printing but found out that would cost $12 per invitation for THAT TYPE OF PRINTING and that doesn't include ribbon or paper or box or anything!

You get what you pay for. Don't knock it till you know what it is. You can buy a Mercedes or a low end car. That's up to you.

I did want my invite to be WOW not because I'm trying to act upper class but because I've waited for this for a long time. We were going to skip on the favors and send a boxed invite instead as the favor...that's the new trend...and you know they won't be throwing THAT away!

Anyway, I love every single one of these and if a girl can, why not???
