i am not getting one however a coodinator can help make things go smoother during the day where you wont have to worry about anything really

I am having one. I just feel better having someone that can do the running around for me. I don't want that responsibility to fall on my family members or friends.

I agree!! I am the type of person to try and run everything. I love the idea of having someone that is there for me and not any of my vendors. I was unsure till I met with one. Once I met with one I felt that it was not that much money and worth the peace of mind.

Toni I was just going to call Dazzling Affairs but if your mom is available, give me her number Actually I'm sure she is going to be VERY busy the entire month of May
FH and I just decided last night that we will hire a DOC. By the time the wedding is here we will have spent a year and a half going crazy planning the event. That day I don't want to deal with ANYTHING other than having a great time! I also want the bridal party and our moms to not worry about anything. Honestly, once the liqour starts flowing, the bridal party will be useless!!!

I am considering even though my RH said they don't think I need one. I just think there is sooo much to coordinate the day of I want to be able to relax just a little and enjoy being with my family and bridal party.....I have heard wonderful things about laura from LA prod so we are going to check our her prices..

i'm having a DOC-Rosalie...i don't want me or any of my family or wedding party to be bothered with ANYTHING the day of...i want us all to enjoy ourselves and i know that Rosalie can handle everything...so i know i'm going to have a great stress free day

I don't think its needed unless it is something you want. There will be plenty of people around to help, at the hall alone. Im not sure how much they cost now a days but I would rather spend the money on something else.
