you can try Minna foto. The photographer, Michelle has amazing photo work. She recently advertised on craigslist for pkgs under 1,000. Also, browse through craigslist, there are a lot of free lance artists (musicians, photographers, etc.) who look for work in their spare time and charges a lot less than companies. I personally worked with Duet and I loved their work! Our photos were breath taking. They're on the pricer side though.

For music I booked Body Rock (DJ). They are one of the more pricier DJs but I feel that music is important and dont mind spending the extra money. They are totally worth it.

For Photo and video we booked Duet..they have fabulous packages- great prices and do fabulous work!

For DJ, check out Candlelight Entertainment... very cheap and great!
