New to LIweddings!!!!!!!

Hello Girls , I was engaged in August but I am new to this site !! Just saying hello....and im very excited to talk to you all !!!!

any beginning pointers ??

First let me start off by saying.... CONGRATULATIONS! and Welcome aboard.

I recommended that you start looking at catering halls if you haven't already. Believe it or not a lot of halls are already booking into 2010. Good luck in planning the wedding of your dreams!!!

Congratulations!! I definitely would start looking for reception locations...that is the big one to book as soon as you can..You still ahve time so don't worry!

Figure out your budget, when you want to have your wedding..day/night...fri, sat, sun and how many people you may have. This will all make it easier when you call/look at halls.

Set a Date and Book a Reception Hall, then the Church. Thats the best thing to do first!

congrats! Try to enjoy the engagement until at least new yrs... then begin the planning

look at RH's on this site ... the maps they have make it much easier to figure out where all the halls are in relation to one another

just worry about bookin the RH first.... then music and photo/video... then take a break for a lil
