New to the forums!!

Hi girls!
Newbie here, literally created my account 10 min. ago. I'm getting married at The Glen Island Harbour Club on June 4, 2016. Still about 15 months away but my head already hurts from all the brainstorming/Pinterest boards/ and researching I've done so far.

Welcome! once you have your venue selected and a date, then its easier to start looking at other stuff like DJ, florist, etc. There are a lot of great people here who have plenty of vendor recommendations. I have found most vendors to be very helpful to get ideas from, especially when I don't know exactly what i want!

Thanks guys, I have all the main vendors booked except for the florist, but I'm not too worried about that because my venue requires me to use one of their two florists so it's not like I have many options to choose from.

Welcome! Congrats on the venue and the date. You are right on schedule! Your getting married the month before me and I only have the venue, band and photog/video picked out! Take it one day at a time. I personally find myself googling and coming up with new ideas about the wedding every day!

Thanks guys, what made it easy for me to pick my vendors early on was that I had actually been researching them since before the proposal. My fiance and I had been going to so many weddings at one point in out relationship that I started to think about who I would want to use if We ever got married. Then he ended up proposing, and I already had vendors in mind that I knew I wanted to book.
