New to the site

Hi,

I am new to the site and just got engaged on my birthday! We booked a hall but thats it. Do you gals have any suggestions on great vendors for all the other stuff? So overwhelming..dont know where to start.

I find the best way to start is to go off your RH's recommended vendor list. Ask friends for recs, etc. Then come on here and ask us - sometimes this site is overwhelming.

Welcome!!! Congratulations! I'm getting married the day before you.

One thing about this site...there are some incredibly organized '08 brides on here so don't feel overwhelmed and like you are behind in the planning.
