I think my FH will stick to his longer than I would stick to mine!

Mine is cutting back on all of the chocolate and candy........

Hoping I can stick to mine. I really don't think my FH makes one. He made such a face when I asked the other day. I think he thinks it a stupid practice.

Me personally I never really stick to it, thats Why I try to start it before New Years and tell myself its a new way of life.

IMO I think guys have more will power and they stick to things better like diets etc.
