Re: New Years Eve 2003
Wow that's going to be amazing!!You should give out candy apples, but if you can arrange for a glittery '2004' to be attached to the stick right above the apple it would be ADORABLE!

Re: New Years Eve 2003
OK this might be geeky, but yoiu could try a 'time capsule'. Get prople to write stuff down, on cards, and seal it up to be opened on a later anniversary

Re: New Years Eve 2003
I think these 'streamer throws' are awesome (I didn't spot them until after I had already bought rose petal & wedding rice so I didn't use them)

Re: New Years Eve 2003
These are obvious, but still very classy and cool...You can give out mini champagne bottle favors, or engraved champagne glasses. If you want to go cheaper, do the champagne bubble candy in small cordial glasses (I think wedthings.com has them for like $2 each).
And definately have your photographer take a pic of you kissing at midnight. And your bridal party wearing crazy New Years hats, and definately the cheesy 2004 eyeglasses.

Re: New Years Eve 2003
I went to a wedding on New Year's Eve 1999. Of course at midnight the band played Prince's 1999, but there were fireworks in the centerpieces, it was really cool!!!have fun
