Call your banquet manager. When we wanted a suite with a private balcony at Danfords at one point I kept speaking to managers and telling them I wanted it cheaper, we booked a wedding. I didn't think the 'deal' they gave us was very good. I called and spoke to the person handling our wedding arrangements and got it for the price I wanted.
EDA: We also got squeezed into a Holiday event that was closed with a waiting list because I said we were married there.
