I recieved my letter today
An 8 year old little girl! I need to go start my shopping now! I'm so excited to do this.

i volunteered to buy two kids gifts and they sent me three!!! so of course i am not going to return it. but this third girl wants playstation 2 or a cd player!!!!!

ETA- i bought and sent my gift through the Internet.. we could do that and it was a lot easier!!!

We received our letter today from a six year old who wants game boy advanced sp and a mario bothers game. She also wanted some type of doll.

I just got mine today.. I got a 9 year old girl who wants a bike, sneakers and Gap clothes.. I was so excited and touched when I read her letter!!

i got a 13 year old that wants a cell phone and a 9 year old that wants an electric scooter. im a little disapointed i thought i was going to be able to help some one that really needed something i dont think those gifts are must haves

all of the letter i got- they sent me three when i signed up for two but i am not sending it back- they all want these big fancy expensive toys. I mean I know they are kids and want with other kids have but wow!!!!

I see what you are saying, but Toys for Tots and organizations like that are wonderful, but this one is nice because they get to ask for what they want.

It says on the instructions that come with the letter not to worry about matching the child's exact request. This will probably be one of the only gifts they get for xmas, and they will be happy no matter what.

I just bought my gift. I got it in Walmart! I really cant believe all of these other requests. I know they are kids, but .
I actually saw the remote control hummer in Walmart too.
I even told DH it just makes you feel good. If you cant match it, dont worry, I feel its the thought that counts!
