Congratulations on your engagement!!!! This is an exciting time in your life - a moment in time that you only get to experience once - so enjoy it & enjoy your time with your fiance! Did the ring fit or do you need it resized? That's the first thing my fiance & I did. Then, we slowly started looking at various venues becuase we didn't know what our budget would be at first since we never looked at wedding halls. Once you visit a few venues, you will have a better idea of what you want to spend & what's important for you to be included (a place with scenaery for pictures, outdoor ceremeny, church ceremony, floral scene, antique schene, tye of food, etc).
I alos recomend getting a planner to be organized and put all your ideas into. Also, sign up for David's Bridal to receive great offers & do a search for wedding shows - they are a great place to meet all kinds of vendors & win cool prizes!

Thank you so much on the advise! We are looking at venues now. We are just browsing I should say through the internet for mow. We dont know our budget yet. We will probably do it this weekend to go see a few places. My Fiance and I are more simple. So a BIG EXPENSIVE wedding is not exacty what we are planning.So we shall see what is out there... As for my ring, it was a little to big, so they put a gaurd on it for now... I dont want to have them make it smaller. (I tend to have swelling in my hands) so the guard is perfect if i need to remove it...
