Hi Everyone-
I just got engaged this past Tuesday, April 19th in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
I am back from vacation and the reality of planning a wedding is setting in!
We are planning for September/October 06, any words of wisdom from any of you ladies of what I should do first!!
Thanks girls and I am looking forward to getting to know all of you! I will be posting pictures of our engagement very soon!

Take sometime to enjoy your engagement...If you jump into planning too soon, you will be overwhelmed...Do some research on different vendors & then set up appointments with ones you are interested in...

make sure you book your hall & church first...They are the MOST important! Once you have an official date, FM me so I can add you to the list!!!

Congratulations and welcome!!! The 06 board is the best and you'll feel like family soon! Enjoy this time in your life and remember to relax and be calm, there's a lot to do but plenty of time to do it. And we're all here to help each other out. Start going to bridal showcases and you'll see lots of different vendors and get ideas of what you want you wedding to be like. Def work on a preliminary guest list to figure out how big it will be and what money you have to work with. Then you have to book the ceremony and hall so you have a definite date. Once that's done you'll be ready for the next step. Just take it one day at a time and don't stress yourself. Happy planning!!

Welcome and Congrats!

Meet with your church/officiant first, then on to the catering hall. I would suggest getting your guest list together ASAP so you can figure out your budget.

As far as planning goes...just have fun with it all...there is so much and you get so overwhelmed...
