Newly Engaged!

Hi Everyone! So excited to join the '09 group! I just got engaged last night in Port Jefferson to my boyfriend of 3 years! I'm looking forward to getting some great ideas and planning our weddings together!! =)

I'm new to all of this, but I'm going to try to attach some pics of my ering!

By the way, Bridezillas is on tv right now, and I freakin love this show!

Well we had been talking about it for awhile, and we had pretty much picked out a place and a date, it was just a matter of when he would give me the ring!
So this weekend his parents were up from Maryland, and we had planned to go to dinner at Pasta Pasta in Port Jeff on Saturday night with his parents and my parents. So all of us went out to dinner, and then after dinner we were walking around the shops and everything and he asked me if I wanted to go walk out on the dock by the boats. So I figured that our parents were walking right behind us, but they weren't. So we started walking out on the pier and we got to the end and he started turning a bit pale and I asked him why his hands were all sweaty haha. So we turned around and started walking back down the other side of the pier and then he's like 'wait stop here' and then as the sun was setting he got down on one knee and he asked me! It was so cute! So after I said yes, we walked back and our parents were taking pictures of us and everything. It was really nice! So today we went to show his parents the hall, and they loved it!
