Out of the RHs you mentioned, I am only familiar with the Garden City Hotel. I was there for a black tie wedding about 4 years ago, but it was insane -- white glove service all the way. The ballroom is amazing, food is incredible, and the place is just so elegant overall.

Re: Newly engaged , need help !
I'm having my wedding at the Garden City Hotel!! If you're having 225-450 guests, you would use the Rotunda for the CH and the Grand Ballroom for the reception. The GB is gorgeous - multiple changeliers (maybe 6?), lots of gold, some mirrors, other beautiful lights... It's fantastic. For a slightly smaller wedding, 100-200 guests, you get the entire second floor all to yourself. The CH is in the Cotillion (beautiful room with amazing lighting), and then the reception is in the Societe Suite. The Societe Suite is really wonderful - it is a beautiful room with three large chandeliers (which are each in a sky-painted dome), and a large dance floor. It is beautifully decorated and has three French doors leading out onto an 80 foot balcony which will be covered in flowers. This is great for guests to walk outside and get air or smoke cigars, without having to walk all the way downstairs. Would you like some pricing as well??

i looked at roslyn claremont hotel, and i actually loved the person we met with--it just wasn't the place for me--the whole reception takes place in the basement of the hotel, which i wasn't crazy about. however, considering that they only have one event at a time, the price really wasn't too bad, and they are very open to whatever times you want because of this.
i didn't look at any of the others you mentioned.

No problem!!! My wedding is on a Saturday evening in June, so it is probably the most expensive option. Including tax, service and gratuity charges, the starting price (for choices of poultry [duck/chicken], fish [salmon/halibut/etc.] and beef [filet mignon/etc.]) is $298.14 pp. This includes 8 passed hors d'oeuvres and 4 stations for CH, and for reception - salad, appetizer, main course and dessert + wedding cake. Each course is gourmet and of the highest quality, with an award winning chef, so you don't have to worry about food, that's for sure. And the custom wedding cake is included as well. (If you choose not to have a beef option, and do only chicken and fish, the pricing starts at $291.66 pp.) If you want to add VH, it's an extra $15-20 pp, and each extra station for the CH is between $15 and $25 pp more, except for things like sushi and caviar, which are priced seasonally and can be extremely expensive (particularly the caviar station). Keep in mind, the menu says things like '$230 pp' but that's without 10% service charge, 11% gratuity and 8.625% tax, which comes to $298.14 pp.
However, this is a Saturday evening in June, which is peak wedding season and peak wedding time of day = most expensive. I'm sure that if you are flexible as to time of year, day of week and time of day, the pricing will decrease significantly. I hope this helps!!!

You can also opt for rack of lamb or some sort of veal which would then come to a starting price of $304.62, so it's all a matter of choice and budget really. Their food is truly incredible though, and their executive chef won all kinds of awards, as did the pastry chef who won an international wedding cake contest.
