Original post by pepz
Hii GIrls
I just go engaged and is planning a Spring Wedding in 2012. Can you girls recommend a catering hall, provide me with a quote pp, and a min for a Saturday or Sunday night wedding. I need to start budgeting . Thanks in advance!

Only two halls I've come across that are in that range for a Saturday night was Leonards and Woodbury Country Club...everyone else was $150+ (these prices are including tax&gratuity)

I was overly excited when I posted this that I forgot my Wedding will be in 2012 not 2011
I am looking for something contemporary and elegant. $150 pp is way over my budget
so nervous, didn't realize it really needs about 1 1/2 years in advance to start booking .. yikes
Trust me you can do it in less time if you have to. I got engaged in the middle of this past November and by December I had 80% of it booked! You have plenty of time!!

my mom is driving me nutz. she is telling me i shouldn't have the wedding too deep into long island due to the fact that a lot of my family is from Brooklyn and wouldn't want to take an hr drive to and back. But most of the nicer and more affordable halls are there. I am bout to pull out my hair. Stressful as it is already, now I gotta this to think about grrrr...
2nd note: I see adriana waterfalls have such an affordable package but the pictures doesnt wow me. Has anyone been there?
