Newly Engaged! Quotes please?!

Hi all!

Newly engaged and starting to plan . We're looking for a venue that will hold about 200-230 people and are open to pretty much anywhere in Nassau/Suffolk. Hoping to keep it under $110 including ++ from November 2016-March 2017 on a Saturday night or anytime Sunday.

So excited, but definitely overwhelmed by all the choices. If anyone could fm me quotes and/or venue suggestions I would be super grateful!!

Thank you so much !

Newly Engaged! Quotes please?!

Congratulations and welcome!!!! I had my wedding at The Venetian Yacht Club. I paid $100/pp before ++ and I had 200 people on a Saturday evening. I worked with Daisy the BM. The night of we had Carlos as the Maiter D and Katie for the bridal attendant. They were the dynamic duo. Great to work with.

Newly Engaged! Quotes please?!

Hi Congrats! I have less people, but I am having mine this month at the Swan Club. Their Camelot room is large enough, I think it maxes at 260 people. Their prices are really good as well.

Newly Engaged! Quotes please?!

Bridgeview Yacht Club in Island Park hosts one wedding at a time. November and December 2016 is $106 per person including all fees and taxes for a Sunday. January, February and March is $100 per person including all taxes and fees on a Friday and Sunday and $112 per person all fees and taxes on a Saturday. I highly recommend (as I am biased because it's my venue) but it's really pretty and worth taking a look at!

Fox Hollow garden terrace room! I'll FM you all my quotes. Keep in mind they're for summer/fall which is more expensive. Also, the more people you guarantee, the more negotiating power you have.

Thank you ladies!!! My boss was raving about WM this morning and I'm glad to hear that having giant families might work in our favor a little ;).

Re: Newly Engaged! Quotes please?!

Definitely check out the North Ritz Club. We had an amazing time there! Service was great and the food was amazing...our guests raved about it for weeks!

Love that it's a one-event venue. It didn't really matter to me when we were booking, but now that everything's over, I'm so glad that we were the only event there. All of their attention was on us.

My advice is to low-ball your guest list # and get a price, and then ask if you guaranteed more people, could they come down on price. We did it and it worked for us.

Good luck!

You could get The Hamlet in Commack in your price range! The food is delicious- I had 225 in that room and had so much space.
