Newly renovated / reduced RVC co-op for sale ($179,999)!
Hi ladies! My fiance and I just bought a house and we are selling our beautiful one bedroom co-op in Rockville Centre. It was originally listed at $199,000 and we've lowered our asking price to $179,000. We renovated the bathroom two weeks ago and the apartment is in mint condition in a great location for commuters. It's perfect for newlyweds. Check it out on mlsli.com and enter in mls #2015996 for pics and specific info.

wow, it looks really nice. We just started looking for houses but since our little budget doesn't really get you too much in LI (especially the good areas where we would like) we were considering a co-op or condo. I'll show pics to DH & FM you if we have questions. just thought of one how much closet/storage space is there? thanks
