you have such long hair, you can donate it and still have long locks!!!
my hair is less than 1/2 the length of yours, and i'm planning on chopping most of it off so i can donate it.
don't be afraid, hair does grow back, and you will be beautiful no matter your hair length!! i say go for it!!
ETA: throughout most of HS and college my hair was an INCH long. it took a while for that to grow out, but i loved it that short. will i do it that short again, prob not, but i plan on cutting it above chin length, which is still pretty short.
