News about tunafish

Did you guys see the report about tuna fish and mercury levels? They were advising those pregnant or ttc to limit the amount they eat. I really only heard very minimal coverage but was wondering if others knew more..

I had heard that it was ok to eat it once a week. But now that I saw that report all over the news yesterday, I will stay away for the rest of the pregnancy.
