we are having a breakfast in at the hotel our OOT guests are staying at....we are also inviting local family and some OOT guests not staying at the hotel. Do we make special invitations for these people? we are including info in the OOT guest bag for those who are staying at the hotel..but what about the others?

You can either add another insert to those invitations saying that there will be a breakfast the following day ... or you can tell people verbally
it all depends on how formal you wanna be

I want to be as INFORMAL as possible... made an invite for hte rehearsal dinner on vista print...since that is prob more formal than a breakfast at the hotel...lol

In that case I would just do word of mouth. Easier and cheaper!
