So I was watching platinum weddings and God spoke to me:

The Fab Four that went to the last g2g look like they had a blast!
Okay I am rambling...a Saturday in the city sounds great and so does the cottage! We could even go to downtown Brooklyn and eat the famous Grimaldis pizza and take pictures with NYC as our backdrop, i cannot wait!

Would a Sunday work? I can see Colleen really wants to meet up soon. Let's try and do it ASAP or on the date when everyone can come. Christine will you be back in CT by then? I would love to do a Saturday but there is a possibility that I may have to work both Saturdays, but I don't care I am meeting you ladies!

i work on saturdays and I believe there are a bunch of other girls that work saturdays too...sundays really seem like the best for everyone to get together...thats why we picked a sunday for this last one
(and yes we did have a blast, the three other girls were all so super awesome!! cant wait to see everyone again!!)

I work Sundays, so Saturdays would be better.... but I could be persuaded to take a Sunday off if need be :) The city isn't so good for me with all the trains and the walking.... but I will TRY TRY TRY for you girls. Although, I'm out the 9th... 50th surprise party.

Aug 2nd or 9th should be good with me. Maybe we can do the early afternoon, like the last G2G? If NYC doesnt work for everything, queens is always a good option. I'm not very familiar with places to go in the city but barb and goldie seem to know the hot spots!

ETA:
In queens, astoria is becoming really popular. Some other good places is kew garden, and of course i'm getting memory blocks as i'm writing this... i'll keep thinking!

Queens sounds better since it's really close to the LIE and Long Island in general. Plus it is kinda tough to navigate through the city on any day particularly during a summer weekend!
