Nice Baptism Gift from Godfather to Goddaughter?

My DH is the godfather to his niece

We plan on getting a bond, but what would be nice gift to go with it?

In my family, the Godfather usually buys the cross for the baby.

If someone is already getting the cross then consider a Bible or maybe a Tiffany rattle.

I purchased one for each of my godsons
and
For Mike's goddaughter,
we also purchased a Hanky Bonnet (its a hat that turns into hankerchief for your wedding)too,
I had one and its like a family tradition.

We're not the god parents, but for FH's niece and nephew, we got them ID bracelets...

We had so much fun at the Catholic shop. We got her a cross and chain, a baby's bible, and a celtic cross to hang on the wall. Yipppee! And the bond. Babies are FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
