Hey ladies...so i thought I would start a post with what was your best Valentines Day with FH and why???
Mine was our first Valentines day. FH took me out to dinner to Bobby Van's in Manhattan. We then spent the night at the Marriott (we were going out for 7 months) and he spread 7 dozen rose petals around the room with candles, chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of Moet. It was sooooo nice!!!!!!!
Anyone have some great memories????

One V-day, FH surprised me and took me to a hotel. When we got to the room, I opened the door and he had rose petals from the door to the bed and they were also all over the bed. He also had a lot of candles. It was so romantic

Last year was our first valentine's day together. We went out to dinner. He got me a builder bear and record a message in it. That was the best gift and then he gave me diamond heart earring because I love hearts and of course chocolate.

one year he busted his butt all day to cook a really elegant meal for us (instead of going out)..opened a bottle of wine, had candles lit all over the house, and romantic music playing in the background! he also handmade a desert as well!! just the effort alone showed how much he cared!

wow girls i am oblivious
FH got me a dozen roses and brought them in my house and put them in my living room me, my mom AND my dad walked passed them for over an hour when finally he was like GO LOOK IN THE LIVING ROOM. . .and i saw them
so much for a surprise - but they are still beautiful
AND i had my glasses on how did i miss them!!! hte living room is NOT that big!

I can HONESTLY say that every Valentine's day has been perfect. We have always exchanged great gifts and went to beautiful places

one year he took me out to a really nice dinner, and then we had plans to go see a movie...he said he had already bought the tix and had to stop at his house first to pick them up. i waited in the car for a REALLY long time and was getting a little annoyed. he finally came to get me and told me i had to help him look for them b/c he couldn't find them.
when we walked into his bedroom, the entire room was lit with about 50 little candles. there was wine in a bucket with ice, with a really pretty bracelet around it which was engraved, and there were strawberries and chocolates. our song was playing on the radio, and we danced to it. it was so sweet, i cried for like 20 minutes.

Our first valentines day FH wrote me a song! well, he used to 'rap/rhyme' sorta...and he has a friend who is a producer. (he did the beat for the song Put it on Me by Ja Rule - was really popular around 2000) and some other things too....so his friend made the beat and produced the song and FH 'rhymed' to it! it was sooooo sweet! then he sent it to me on a CD in the mail (b/c i was away at college at the time). the CD also had a few other songs on it including the song that will be our first dance. Now FH dosnt rap anymore he does producing and he is really good! he makes some really good hip hop and R&B beats, but he only does it on the side.
