Night before wedding....

I am sleeping at my parents house and FH is sleeping at his current residence

We are having a big reveal moment on camera but later that morning.

We don't live together... so he will be at his house and I at mine! Traditional!

The hotel where I have my hotel block was nice enough to extend our rate for us (me, my mom, and the bridesmaids) to stay there the night before and my FH and his gms will be at our house. I'm super traditional!

I stayed at my mom's. They brought me home after the rehearsal dinner. He sstayed at our house.

I'm staying at a hotel,the night before with my MOH and my daughter. FH, will stay at our place and I won't see him until we get to the reception hall.

Night before wedding....

This is a big thing with my mom. She wants me to stay at her house the night before the wedding because of tradition. FH and I own a home together... I want to sleep in my own bed with FH before the wedding so I am more comfortable! I know if I sleep by myself in my old room I wont get sleep the night before and Ill be way too emotional. I told my mom IDC what she says I want to be well rested on my wedding day and I know I wont get that if I dont sleep home in my own bed the night before .

the one problem i have with staying at my moms is that i hateeeeeeeeee her shower! lol

maybe ill go to a neighbors house LOL

While I don't think it is bad luck , I like the tradition. SO and I have been together for 11 years - living together for 10 of them, so I don't think staying together the night before will break us up, lol.

I think it is a cute tradition, so I'm staying put, and he's staying with a friend. Sometimes it's just easier to go along with mom on minor things!

Night before wedding....

We're staying at a hotel the night before, and have to be awake extremely early because our ceremony is at 11:30am. In light of that, and because I think it'll be fun to have one last 'girls night', I plan to stay in a room with at least a few of my BMs, and he'll probably stay with his GM.

Tradition says you shouldn't spend the night together before the wedding, but according to tradition, you're also supposed to not live together before marriage either, and I know I've broken that rule.

Unless someone whose opinion you care about really has strong feelings one way or another, do whatever you want!!
