we dont really go to 'clubs' we just discovered a GREAt bar in bellmore not to long ago called Effin Groovin...its a lot of fun

No clubs for me anymore. We like to hit bars... Mulcahys, Jackie Reillys, etc. regular, classic, bars

Hey! I see Effin Groovin everyday as we pass by on the train! I always say 'I wonder what it's like in there', I think it's such a clever name

Effin groovin is a really nice bar!! it gets pretty packed...they dont sell budwiser though...you should check it out...

We still go once in a while, but more often in the summer months, b/c fi hates going out in winter time

We don't go to clubs anymore (just occasionally for someone's b-day). We try to stay local now and usually go to Tequilla Sunrise in Bayside. They have the best Strawberry daiquiris (sp?) and tri colored margaritas and sangria!
I used to go to Palladium and Limelight, but that was back in the highschool days. What's funny is that we (my friends and I) used to get in everytime in highschool, but one time when my cousins came from Uruguay and my mom took them to go see the Limelight, they wouldnt let me in. Even though my mom was with me and explained to them that she was my mom and that she would be with me at all times. I was 20 at the time. FYI, my mom is not a club person. She goes out with her friends, but not really to clubs. My cousins were dying to go see Limelight, so she took them.

We enjoy going out to clubs. I'm not a bar fan at all...they put me to sleep.

We don't go out as much as we'd like to anymore.

We used to get a hotel room and spend a night in the city whenever we'd go out to a club, but now that we have dogs it's not as easy. Needless to say, we tend to stay local.

i used to go to sound factory religously every sat night in college- dont do that anymore too much $$$ and too tired now that im working full time. we hit bars now

- used to go to palladium and limelight occasionaly too and tunnel- back in the wild days

Don't go to clubs anymore (feel too old for them)... just local bars... I was actually at NV on Friday for a work party and we saw Howard Stern there.

No clubs for me unless if is a special party or bachelorette party. I prefer bars and lounges....DH and I still go out as often as we can get a group together...but those days get less and less as the years go on!

I did go to Palladium and Limelight and Emerald City and a few others but that was back in the day about 10 years ago (hs and college).

Oooh...if you girls ever feel the need to go clubbing...Mirage in Westbury is a must!

OMG! I was a huge limelight/palladium/webster hall gal! Went every weekend! My friend was also a promoter for them and got us in for FREE and FREE drinks! Who wouldn't love them! I still wish I could go every now and then! What fun we had!
