Re: NIGHTMARES
I started having them almost the day after I booked the place a few months ago! FH and I have both had tons, although it seems to be tapering off a bit....although maybe that's b/c I can't sleep anymore with the wedding so close!

Re: NIGHTMARES
I have them every time we book something. OR when I have them the most is when I like a vendor, but have not booked yet. I always dream that tehy get booked right before I go to sign the contract But I've also had dreams the last few nights that JT left me They were so real that when I wake up, I get shocked that he's in bed next to me!

Re: NIGHTMARES
I have had some bad ones too! The most vivid one was the night I ordered my dress. I dreamt that I was in the store, getting fitted, and all of a sudden, I freak out because somehow I know that my FH is about to walk in and see me before the wedding in my dress. The door opens, and in walks my FH----but it's someone different! Not my real FH--some jerk that I cant stand from work. In the dream, I was so baffled... cant figure out what the hell happened to my real FH....
I also woke up shocked to see my real FH in bed with me! I wound up hugging him and holding on to him for dear life...which woke him up...
I tell him I had another wedding nightmare and he thinks I am becoming obsessed!!!
Our poor men! Thank god they put up with us sometimes!

Re: NIGHTMARES
I had one that my dress did not fit and I did not have the right bra on, and I had to do my own hair and makeup, and had no limo and had to drive myself to the ceremony....

LOL! For some reason, this really strikes me as hilarious. Our brains are so funny!

Re: NIGHTMARES
I had a few a couple of months ago..... basically, no show vendors...
Mine have stopped, I think it's mostly because I'm more worried about my future in-laws making my life/wedding hell.

Re: NIGHTMARES
I haven't had any yet but my fiance has had 3 since we got engaged( 1 that no vendors show up and another that there is a huge snowstorm) and my sister (MOH) has had 2 already (both that I didn't show up to the church). Guess its better them having them than me.

Re: NIGHTMARES
Haven't had any wedding ones but maybe it's because I had so many engagement ones.
When we went to try on rings....I had a terrible one almost everynight. The same one, that my FH would buy me a hideous ring and I would ask him to exchange it and he would leave me. I would leave me too, but it was horrible.

Re: NIGHTMARES
Girls...I have bad news...they continue AFTER the wedding too!!! I have had several nightmares since the wedding about people wanting to have it again--my mom especially. And then I had a dream that there was no one on the 55 passenger bus that we hired. Maybe 5 people and I was just thinking what a waste of money this was!!!!!

Re: NIGHTMARES
I had one this weekend that the limo broke down on the way to the reception, and I had one last night that I forgot to buy a veil!

Re: NIGHTMARES
Well since I started this, I'll share one of mine...
I dreamt my Mom and I were out shopping for antiques (she loves that stuff, I hate it), anyway I kept telling her my wedding started at 6p she kept replying ok and continued shopping...finally we leave and on the way home I discover one of my nails is broken she says, 'don't worry when the limo comes to pick you up you can stop at a nail salon on the way and have it fixed', naturally I look at her like she has 2 heads, but I agreed. Only when I arrive home did I realize no one was coming to pick me up because I didn't book the limos...I woke up crying and hysterical, but my fiance told me when I woke up all he could get out of me was that my nail was broken and I was clutching my finger....it took a minute for me to fully wake up and explain the dream...my FH fell off the bed holding his stomach laughing like a crazy man!:hah

Re: NIGHTMARES
i had one saturday night where EVERYTHING went wrong!!! my bridesmaids bouquets were VEGETABLES!! our favors were not the ones that i made! i kept changign out of my dress, then begged to put it back on (??). and other things too... and FH was getting mad that i was getting upset. i'm yelling at him 'They are F***ing VEGETABLES!! Not even FLOWERS!!!' (probably had that cuz i picked my flowers on Saturday)
it was crazy!
and one recurring one where we don't take any posed pics with our families then realize it when its too late!

Re: NIGHTMARES
last night I dreamt that I never chose a wedding dress and had to go shopping for an outfit to wear to the wedding the morning of the wedding, and all I could find were denim shirts and long skirts and the photographer would be at the house in an hour and I couldn't find my size any where. AAAGGHH - fortunately in reality I have a dress, but talk about waking in a sweat!!

Re: NIGHTMARES
I have them all the time also. The most recent one was that it was one month before my wedding and I realized that I had forgot to book the hall! I was scrambling around like crazy to find someplace - then I woke up in sweats!
I have alot about 'day-of' mishaps - ie. no make-up lady, no dress, forget it's my wedding day, etc. It's nice to see that alot of you are having the same ones...

Re: NIGHTMARES
I find it hysterical that alot of us have the same dreams!
Most of my nightmares have been about the dress, shoes, and makeup.
I used to dream that I forgot it was my wedding day, and I went to work. I also dreamed alot about forgetting to invite anyone, in my dream I'd be wondering why no one was there...
They stopped for a while, but now I've been having them every night!
