Nighttime photography

So I'm getting married at 2pm. Sun sets around 445 in November. Not sure if I should have a ceremony or mass because we are trying to get some daylight pictures and the reception hall is 30 minutes away from the church has anyone had any nighttime photos what do you think I should do

Re: Nighttime photography

If you are worried about having enough time to take pictures during daylight, I would do a ceremony. That is what I'm doing.

FH and I are having a Mass that starts at 4:30 so any outdoor photos we take will be at night. our hall is very nicely lit up so i'm not to worried.

IMO, you def don't want ALL your wedding photos to be at night. I would have a short ceremony to give yourself time to take some photos or do a reveal before the wedding. That is what I am doing.

There's where I'm torn. Infeel like the family would like a full mass. Is it going to eat that much time? I'm also worried about showing up at the reception hall too early?
