Nighty Night Videos
Just in case no one is familiar with these, one of Dr. Phil's show producers has a video out called 'Nighty Night' and it is a video meant to wind kids down at the end of the night in preparation for bed. If you go to drphil.com I think there is a link to the videos. It is really cute...has all different baby animals playing, then they get tired and start to yawn, the music becomes more soothing and before you know it your child is ready for bed without a fight! Just thought I'd share for all your mommies and mommies to be!
