It was like the day we found out about Peter all over again..........Its terrible.

We need to give Nancy all the love and prayers that we have, for her, her family, and especially her cousin.

Its really sad our generation has to live through this war, but this too shall pass.

God Bless America and God Bless Our Troops (Or whatever higher being you believe in )

I am going to give back what this board gave to me. I'm not lying when I say Angels float all over these boards. Other people can attest. Whether its family in Iraq, sicknesses, issues, drama, whatever......Soo many people are here to hug and comfort you, fm, and make you feel better.

This site helped me get through the last leg with Peter, its the least I can do to help another sister out.

I love all the girls on these boards....um...but most of all my 07 girls!!!

aww, that was so nice nina-- it's also really nice that she immediately knew who turn to when she needed help.

Yeah she is... and she is right, and I belive the same thing. there are Angels all aroun us!!!.. these boards have helped me too. Just to talk or vent or have a good laugh. Im so glad that I found this site cuz i met people who are dear to me!!!

Def. just got choked up reading that. That was SUCH a nice thing to write back.

My friend Jay went to Iraq about a year ago, it was one the most heartbreaking/scariest things to go through & to think about all the time. From the day he left until the day he came home we all wore a yellow ribbon around our wrists and had him cut them off when he came back for good!

Our men in the military amaze me everyday!

That was so Sweet Nina!! Your are such a giving person and your support, and strength have really touched me and so many other girls on this site!! Lets send out our prayers to Nancy, her cousin and family.

You are one of the nicest girls on the boards.. you and penny! Such sweethearts! Always responding, helping people.....

I absolutely agree... Thank you for reminding us what these boards are TRULY for

Nina.. i agree ur post was very moving.. I can't imagine the emotions that anyone involved with military service could possibly be feeling when they find out a loved one needs to one of the most dangerous places in the world..

I grew up as a navy brat (in much calmer times) and I personally never had to deal with this.. but have heard stories about familes going through rough times

.. i truly appreciate what the soldiers and their families sacrifice for their country... God bless every one for selflessly doing this for everyone
