Does anyone know where I can find the Nintendo Wii? I want to get it for FH as part of his wedding gift. I called around and most places are out of stock and do not know when they are coming in. I was hoping to check this off the list sooner than later considering it will be in high demand for the holidays. Anyone?

We got ours at Target early one Saturday. They had just gotten in a shipment of 20 of them like 30 min. earlier so we got lucky. It was on at Saturday at around 10am, I believe, if you want to give that a try. Good luck!

i was in the same boat back in August...i found mine at GameStop (i think was the name) one of those smaller stores in a mall...you can try Eletronics Boutique also in the mall, Walmart, Kmart & even Costco...good luck!

Last tuesday I saw at the mall (Bay Shore mall) at one of the nintendo store. I am planning to buy one for christmas for FH.

yea i would check out the toys r us in times square... call them before u go tho.. that what they told me to do when i went there and asked... just so you dont waste a trip if u dont live near there

where do you live? I went on a wild goose chase trying to find the friggin wii, I ended up finding it a game stop in forest hills and lugged it home on the subway (it is not light and it was 95 degrees). While passing another game stop right near my house they had it too! Definitely try calling gamestop, if the one near you doesn't have it, the one near me always does

When all else fails try best buy. My bro lives in the city and when everyone else was sold out they had them in. i got mine in game stop

It sounds a bit shady but buy it from EBay. My FH got it from some seller in brandnew condition. It came with two remotes, two games and nunchuks to go with the remotes. Everything was unopen and in perfect condition and it was still expensive but it was much less expensive than going to the store and buying it all yourself.

Thats where I got FH his this summer, and I even showed up during lunch time! I got the last one that day! lol, but you have to show up to get it, they wont hold it for you. The sell out every day!

I got my nephews at the Nintendo store by Rockefeller Center. They have everything Nintendo in that store its great.

I think thats your best bet.
You can always call around a few local stores and ask them when they are expecting a shipment. Sometimes you get lucky!

I agree.....we got ours on eBay. It was brand new in the box with the receipt attached. We payed the same as we would have in the stores.
