I've finally decided to go through with a procedure that I have wanted to do for a long time now. The best part of it is that insurance is covering part of it because there are medical issues and the cosmetic portion I have to cover. So basically, I am getting the procedure done for a steal! I really, really wanted to do this before the wedding primarily for pictures.
My FH thinks I am NUTS!! He's a little upset. I guessed because I bitched about him getting a boat last year. But you know if things make you feel better and you can swing the cash, why not??? I am a true believer in plastic surgery and I am proud to say it. Wish me good luck, its next Wednesday. I will be home for the week so I will be chatting ALOT!!

What are you getting done, if you don't mind me asking? Seems a bit scary to do...but all power to you! I have no problem with plastic surgery, but don't know if I could go through with it.

congrats and good for you! I have no problem with Plastic Surgey- I think it's great- if doing something on the outside can make you feel better on the inside- then more power to ya!

My UGLY NOSE!! Yes I researched the dr. He actually just got on the 'top 10 list of doctors on Long Island' which makes me feel good.

I had a breast reduction 2.5 years ago, and it was the best decision of my life!

Good for you. I just decided to go get neck lipo to get rid of my double chin. Even though I'm really thin I've inherited it from the rest of my family and I hate it. It bothers me so much that it will feel great to get it done. I want to look nice for the wedding and I decided the same as you to just go for it.

How refreshing! I think it is wonderful that you are empowering yourself to do something you always wanted to do. I am a supporter of plastic surgery if it gives the recipient the confidence they need to feel comfortable in their own body. I have not had any plastic surgery myself, but I plan on it when the time is right - after babies. I know that I would be supported too. GOOD FOR YOU!
