Nissan Murano Owners

So I have narrowed my car search down to the Nissan Murano SL, but I want some current owners' feedback...

Pros/Cons and the biggest question is how does it do on Gas Mileage per Gallon...

parents have the new murano , my mom hates it, i love it, dad loves it, my mom is just not an suv person and rushed into it...she works close to home 5 minutes, does local travels basically and puts in like $35 a week.

My Step Mom has one.
It did get recalled
For electrical problems- basically b/c the car could just shut off at any moment.

I'm so happy you posted this!! My husband and I are in the process of looking for a new car and the Murano is our front runner (ok, more like my front runner, but he'll come around). I've done tons of research so if you have any questions I might be able to help. I'm not aware of any brake problems. There were alot of problems with the alternator, but they recently recalled them, so that shouldn't be an issue with a newly purchased Murano. What color are you getting?
