Nitrate-Free Bacon

Where can I find this? Atkins recommends nitrate-free but I can't find it - is there a particular brand anyone can recommend?

You could probably find it in a health food store and definitely in Trader Joes.

Do we have a Trader Joe's anywhere near us? Queens or NYC? I've only been to one in Arizona.

Trader Joe's is in Westbury.
If you are in Queens, try the health food store on Horace Harding Expwy near 164th street. They probably have it

The Health Nut or whatever that store is in the corner near Ben's in Bay Terrace may have it as well.

Try Gwaltny or Gwaltney - I know they are sugar free - not sure about nitrate free.

Western Beef markets carry them. And some C-Towns.
