I think it's a great email. I would consider speaking to her live. I just find that sometimes emails come across the wrong way. Not that your proposed email is mean, but I know from personal experiences, that people do not always get your tone through email. Plus you cannot see their reaction. This is just my opinion, you need to do what makes you feel more comfortable, but I think if the two of you are close friends (or were close recently), you should be able to talk...even if you keep it simple & say something like 'I noticed we haven't been spending alot of time talking or hanging out, is everything ok?' Good luck...

Ok, so if you're confident you'll get a reply, go for it. I just hate the waiting game, so I've been taking the 'confronting the issue' approach. But I wish you luck, hope it all works out, that's too bad...it's always something!!!

I would not e-mail her. Call her up and tell her you need to get together with her ASAP to talk. Then talk to her in person. E-mail is so impersonal, you said yourself that this one of the reasons why you don't speak toomuch. If this one of your best friends you should sit down and have a heart to heart.
I would send her the email. It gets across your point and that is what you are most comfortable with. I would take tha part out that says 'if you can take a few minutes to reply' that comes across as sarcastic. But other then that you sound caring and that you want to be better friends with her. Good luck!
I would speak to her in person or at the very least, over the phone. Emails can come across as passive-aggressive and sometimes make the situation worse. It is hard to interpret exactly what a person means from an email.
