NM fixed it! Something is wrong with my computer!

I am on my brothers right now because mine isn't working.
When I click on internet explorer it says there was an error and it has to close, then I can either send an error report or not.
I tried restarting my computer but it is still happening.
I tried restoring the system to yesterday morning (this wasn't happening yesterday) but that didn't work either.
I also tried opening a web page another way, for example through AOL instant messenger, but it still wont work.
What else should I do?

Nevermind I fixed it. I restored it again to last week and now it works... I don't understand why this worked but restoring it to yesterday morning didnt work!
