Sadly, my search for limos did not go as easily as I had anticipated, or as easily as everything else has been so far.
Last week (Mon. 12/4), we had an appointment with All Star Limo to see and discuss prices on a Rolls Royce and 10 passenger Lincoln. They were flexible with prices, which I liked, but didn't have the Rolls for us to look at. It was in the shop and wouldn't be back til Thursday. They took all our information, even where we were to be picked up on the big day and so on, and we made an appointment to go back for Monday (12/11) to see the Rolls.
Well, we went back as scheduled and the Rolls was still not back from the shop. No one called us to tell us. We made a trip for nothing. I was pretty upset. Especially since the guy just basically let us walk right out the door without trying to win our confidence back or tie us in to another appointment. He did say we could go to Medford to see the car. I almost laughed in his face! Why would we drive all the way out to Medford (30 min. from us) to see a car that was supposed to be back in Farmingdale (10 min. from us) on this day? So we left and have taken our business with us.

No ALL STAR Treatment
I have used all star for other things and they have been great. But you are right, they should have definitely called you. I am using dynasty out of West Islip, who have a Rolls Royce and were very nice

No ALL STAR Treatment
Believe me, I was very disappointed. We were basically all set to book with All Star when we went back for the second appointment, but now we just don't feel comfortable with them. Plus, if something should go wrong with their Rolls, I don't want to get stuck with a 6 passenger Lincoln as a replacement. We're booking a Rolls because that's what we want.
Again, I'm not saying they're not a good company. I had heard lots of good things about them. We just didn't like the way they handled us. The guy specifically noted in the book for the second appointment that we were coming to see the Rolls and he dropped the ball by not calling us. When we got there, he wasn't even sure if the car was there or not. Maybe we just met with the wrong person.
