Re: No energy
actually thats probably a good idea...i drink coffee but don't want to overdo the milk and sugar daily
i could handle tea w/out milk and just a little sugar

Re: No energy
I wish I could help you but I have to same exact problem! I have been tested to see if I am anemic like 6 times and they cannot find anything wrong with me. The only thing I can say for myself is I had mono when I was 19 and I have never been the same since then so I am convinced it has something to do with that...
Have you checked to see if you have an iron deficiency?

Re: No energy
I expend so much energy at work that by the time I pull into my driveway after my 45 minute commute, I have none. I spend the whole night (okay, practically the whole night) on LIW.
Not that this is a problem or anything.

Re: No energy
I'm actually happy that this was posted. I have been feeling like this for a while. I make it through a day of work (although tired) and I come home and just sit on the couch because I have no energy. I take vitamins, drink a lot of water, etc. so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Re: No energy
Have any of you had your thyroid or adrenals tested by an endocrinologist? That would give you a more definite answer on your true energy and stress levels.

Re: No energy
Try B12 supplements, no soda or caffeine during the day, and try to exercise even though you'd rather do anything else in the world.

Re: No energy
I know how you feel, I blame the weather, by the time I get home from work it's so dark and cold out that me and fh just curl up in bed to eat dinner and watch tv and go to sleep! I feel like i'm hibernating! Once the weather get's nicer It won't be so bad. At least I hope so
