I was in a similar situation FI is catholic, I was raised as a protestant... so we decided to have a ceremony at whatever location the reception was and use a pastor to combine our beliefs... since FI is Irish as well... he is incorporating his heritage in the ceremony.
He is a vendor here …. He may be able to give you suggestions….

I was raised Catholic, my FH was not raised religious at all. We have decided to get married in an Episcopal church that we recently started going to. So far, it's been a pleasure!

Corpus Christi Church in Mineola is basically around the block from the Jericho Terrace and there is also St. Aidans not far either.

The part about no hassle is a little more difficult...I am going to Corpus Christi and I feel like I have to call everyday with another q!

Corpus Christi is problematic...Also my friend attempted to see if St Aidans would let her get married in their church she was baptized there but not part of the parish and they never called her back

I was in the same situation, but FH converted to Catholism, so now we're getting married at my parish, but I had to get a offical copy of my baptismal certificate from Poland. That was a pain.
