No heat/No hot water!!!

We have no heat and no hot water today. I have no clue why, yesterday we did. I called the oil company, I know we didn't run out of oil - they were just here this week filling the tank.

I have no idea. I didn't even know there was a reset button on the burner, until the guy showed me. They were very prompt to get here and are doing a tune up now since we never had one when we moved in.
