we did! I'm considered self-employed and therefore can't 'show' any income, so we had to do a stated income loan.
Most places quoted us 1/4 pt higher to do that, but Schwab has the same rates for stated or not on a jumbo. We ended up going with e-loan cause they matched the schwab rate.
