No More Junk Food!!!!

I already warned FH that when I go food shopping today there will be no more junk food! We are going on official wedding diets - well, I am and so i am forcing him to go along with this lol.

So what are your fav healthy snacks ladies? I need to keep FH's sweet tooth happy somehow!

Re: No More Junk Food!!!!

we get the 100 calorie pack kettle corn popcorn...FH loves that..and its actually a LOT of popcorn for 100 calories!

also for the sweet tooth I buy fudgesicles....they are not GREAT but they are around 30 calories for one, and I dont think thats bad for something to fill those chocolate cravings!

Strawberries with fat free cool whip, granola bars, fiber one english muffins, 50% less fat eggos with sugar free syrup... Yeah, I need to get back on track too. These past two days have been NOT good for me.

amen!!! i've been eating so badly....

i don't have any good ideas for snacks, because for me it doesn't matter how healthy a snack is...if it's a snack, i'll just keep eating it and it will no longer be healthy

Well I bought a bunch of 100 calorie snacks, like popcorn and chips and lots of fruits and veggies.

I also tried to buy things that are easy to pack for lunck like tuna creations, and low fat yogurts.
