Yes that is appropiate since I jumped off my bed to after shutting off the air... and POP is what is heard. After three hours in the ER... I have a nasty sprain.. Ouch but thank god it's not broken. So annoying

I'm sorry to hear that!!! Not to be a wet blanket, but really, really, really take care of that sprain if they told you it was a bad one. I did that once and they told me I would have been better off breaking it cause nasty sprains tend not to heal fully. I did that 3 years ago and if I step the worng way it re-sprains itsself and I have to wear my air cast for a few weeks. So rest up!!!
