No More Nails...

I used to be a nail bitter too, but i just stopped 'Cold Turkey' and made sure that i always had my nails done. I keep a nail file with me 24/7 which really prevents me from bitting my nails!!!

Unfortunatly all my nails recently broke and my E-party is next weekend, so I am going to put tips on b/c i want my nails to look pretty!!!

this might sound nuts, but when i got my nails off (and my nails were PAPER thin also) they used the nail glue - crazy glue on my nails and it made them 10 times stonger. it wasnt a gel manicure, just a coat of the glue and it really helped. then they did a regular manicure over it. my nails grew out and i never knew the difference.

Your nails will look OK once you let them heal. Just take care of them, be gentle and they will be fine

Maybe there is a product you can use to strengthen them.

You can try to add a Biotin supplement too which helps with nail / hair growth. Otherwise, getting regular manicures & using a stregthening (nailtiques) helps as everyone else says. Good thing you have time unitl your wedding to have them grow back!!
