no school no school!

got the call at 5:00 a.m. it was the best call that early in a long time. I feel like one of my students. My fiance who works for the Board of Ed in the city and they are open...

YAY!!! But honestly, I think I have more work to do at home with stuff to do for the wedding than I would have at school. I took yesterday off to get stuff done and now I have today to do stuff too. I know I am going to start to do something and realize I have to go to the store.

I'm so bad at this...I recently moved back to LI from the city in preparation for my wedding and big move to London and my parents wouldn't let me go to work this morning--my dad said it was too dangerous to drive to the train station. But, now I feel so guilty--especially since the sun is out! I wish Ididn't feel so guilty and that I could enjoy being home!!!

i kind of wish we didnt have the day off because they then take a day off our memeorial day weekend and we have this monday off as it is. but hey, ill take it. i actually slept until 11:30 today.

i actually am getting little things done for the wedding- putting girls gifts together, place cards. My fiance called me from school- he is NOT happy... 1/2 his students did not show up... I guilty but at the same time, I am loving it..
