No school???.. What???? They have got to be kidding!!!!!!!!! When I was young I used to walk 18 miles to school everyday.. sometimes I walked backwards... I was chased by polar bears and rabid skunks. Many a time, I would arrived at achool with icicles hanging from my nose. No school.. oh please....

Nyc board of ed teacher here to say'It's so depressing everytime it snow watching all those closed school names out in LI,Jersey, and upstate NY. It nearly takes a blizzard for the NYC BD of ED to close the publi c schools!'
