no self control!!!!

So I'm trying reallyyyyyy hard to keep my weight down but FH loves bringing snacks home. The difference between him and I, however, is if I see junk food I'll eat it, even if I'm not hungry!!!!! I just ate ice cream and I feel so guilty for eating it! Why can't I look at junk and not eat it?!?

If you ever find out the answer to that one . . . please let me know!!!!

I have been out to eat dinner 3x's this week.

No help here . . . sorry. I'm getting bigger and bigger and bigger as I get happier and happier and happier.

I am going to try and find a 6 month super trainer who doesn't charge too much, because I need 6 more months to eat what I want!!!

I am the exact same way. I want to watch my weight and what I eat but I have absolutely no self control. I think we need a support group! LOL

I am bad because I already have a gym membership at Bally's, but don't want to go to the one by me cause I hate it-so I joind Lucille roberts in February and did not go at alllll. Now I am bad and the worst part is- I have no desire to go and I had a kit kat today

Bonnie, honestly.. don't worry it's ok....i feel like sometimes the more we try to restrict ourselves the worse it gets.... try not to feel guilty.. you look great

aww thank you so much!! it's still sooo hard! i know i should eat healthier but sometimes i can't help it and find myself asking, 'why did i eat that?'

I don't have self control either, that's why I go to the gym, to cancel it out. Otherwise I would gain a lot of weight very quickly.

it is definitely the worst when it's right in front of your face.. so maybe hiding the junk will help.. or havin him not bring it in the house????

FH and I don't live together right now, but when we do I told him we're going to be really strict about the food we bring into the house. And I'm addicted to ice cream and there will be a Cold Stone Creamery about 3/4 away. God help me!

i've thought of that, but i feel so bad putting restrictions on the food he brings home just cause i don't know when to stop oh well! i'm going to try to be good. i lost 7 lbs so far but now i'm at a stand still. i keep cheating!!

Luckily for me the gym is directly in between my apartment and the Coldstone. It's like an intervention from God or something.

do you feel better that you're not alone? i cannot seem to get motivated to do anything, whether it be jogging, yoga, skipping the junk food i don't want to be a fat american in skinny paris.
