Nobody does their job right

So i booked Old Westbury Gardens to take pics for the wedding and sent in my $100 dep which was cleared on Nov 28. Well i just went online to do my bills and they AGAIN took $100 out on Dec 7 (obviously forgetting that they charged my debit card once already). So now Im down $100 and it f-ed up my checks. SO IRRITATED!!!!!!

Did you call them???? Maybe they'll knock $ off now for the mistake! Make sure you make them feel really badly for f-ing up you bank account! Don't they know that they're dealing with a bride??????

that kind of crap happens to me all the time - I know how you feel...people are often incompetent

that's why it scares me to use my debit card for anything... im scared some bozo can screw up my checking account too easily... i use my credit card for everything! Right now JCPenney, where we ordered some furniture from has been double charging my account, but thankfully it is on the credit card so i dont have to super worry... but it is still such a PAIN IN THE ARSE... after this whole wedding planning thing, i have come to believe that there are more incompitant people in this world then not... !
