Non-religious officiant

Can anyone recommend a non-religious officiant, like a judge, for suffolk? I had previously booked a judge (was engaged, broke up and now replanning the wedidng) but really did not know him or anyone who used him.
I want a very quick, but personal-type ceremony.

we had a friend become ordained by ulc.net and he performed our ceremony...short and sweet...and it was great having someone we knew and loved perform the ceremony...

FYI: the person must live in NYS...and you cannot do this in NYC...
