Non traditional Wedding site??

Hi.. can anyone help? I wanted a nice place with no ugly carpeting and no ugly window treatments.. i was trying to stay away from the traditional wedding halls but nothing was in our price range. wanted to stay under $150 per person.. Looked at like 20 places so far and we like 3. The tides estate (NJ), DeSeversky Center (Long Island) and the VIP Country Club (WC).. any other suggestions??? Want to do a Fall wedding with 150 people.. so hard with a sat night wedding b/c so many places have minimums..

Help!!!

My fiance and I had the same thought process-we didn't want the traditional wedding place and we booked at the Old Field Club in Setauket. www.oldfieldclub.com. Check it out!

check out the royalton in rosly heights. pics are in my album, they dont do justice, but check em out. on carpet in ball room, light walls and light window traetments. GL
